Heat grill or grill pan on med - high. Season pork chops all over with 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Combine oil, paprika, ginger, coriander and cumin; rub all over pork chops.
Grill chops, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked (145°F). Transfer to platter and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
