Spiced BBQ Pork Chops ~ by Michael Symon

Ingredients

  • 4 (1/2" thick) pork chops
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Heat grill or grill pan on med - high. Season pork chops all over with 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Combine oil, paprika, ginger, coriander and cumin; rub all over pork chops.

    Grill chops, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked (145°F). Transfer to platter and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
